L is for. . . Lazy stir-fry

You know how there are those nights where you just think,
"There is no way I want to cook tonight"?

This is the perfect recipe for those nights!


Lazy Stir-fry!








Ingredients

1 pack Singapore noodles
200grams Stir fry veggies (I got these from Aldi)
500grams Chicken fillet
Half a cup of Marinade


Method:



  1. Boil the kettle, and add noodles in a bowl to boiling water
  2. Stir 1/4 cup of marinade through the chicken
  3. Cook chicken in a fry pan for about 5 minutes, until lightly brown
  4. Add frozen veggies and cook for a further 5 minutes
  5. Drain noodles, then add to the pan 
  6. Add the last 1/4 cup of marinade and cook until veggies are 
  7. Enjoy!

Yep its that simple, takes about 15 minutes to cook and it is full of flavour.
